    At MOE, we take pride in providing high-quality products/services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been made.

    Exceptions

    The only exceptions to this policy are:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

    • If an incorrect item was shipped, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email maineoutdoorenthusiast@gmail.com with:

    1. Your order number

    2. A description of the issue

    3. Clear photos of the item and packaging

    We will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
